Supplied and erected scaffolding with a full working platform surrounding the chimney to provide safe access for two roofers. Upon inspection, the chimney was found to be in extremely poor condition. All loose and deteriorated mortar was extensively raked out prior to repointing.

Disconnected and removed existing woodburner to allow for replacement of fire surround tiles (tiles supplied by customer). Some works undertaken by a HETAS-certified engineer. Mantel Beam Installation

Customised IKEA’s modular PAX wardrobe system to look like built-in, bespoke wardrobes. Ensured a robust and secure professional fitting with built in effect. Challenges faced due to wall, ceiling runs which made leveling the wardrobes and connecting them to each other more challenging.

Removed the existing fascia boarding and reconfigured supports as the previous installation had been inadequately fixed with roof nails, causing twisting and misalignment. Access was time-consuming, requiring the tower to be erected and dismantled multiple times.

Whilst installing the new woodburner for my client in Swanton Abbot I noticed that their new door had been fitted very poorly with the render cracking and coming away so I replaced it all and made it good.

This project involved replacing old fascia with new uPVC to match the new sage green windows and front door.

Updating this living room in this holiday let was a very rewarding job. You can see what a difference removing the old blue carpet showing off the floorboards and replacing the fireplace has made.

These photos show the before and after of a kitchen I installed for this client in Sheringham. The old kitchen was dated looking and now looks much more modern.

This new patio has completely revitalised this garden and made it a lovely place to sit and unwind.

This was a tired old looking shower rail with a curtain in this Sheringham holiday let and the client wanted a new modern looking shower screen door.
