Updated old fascia

Removed the existing fascia boarding and reconfigured supports as the previous installation had been inadequately fixed with roof nails, causing twisting and misalignment.

• Erected a 5m access tower to reach all working areas.
• Installed new uPVC coverboard sections onto the reconfigured boarding.
• Secured the reconfigured boarding to soffits and walls using adhesives.
• Added trims to the brick sides and undersides to provide a neat finish

Access was time-consuming, requiring the tower to be erected and dismantled multiple times.
