PROJECT in Aylsham
Supplied and erected scaffolding with a full working platform surrounding the chimney to provide safe access for two roofers.
Upon inspection, the chimney was found to be in extremely poor condition. All loose and deteriorated mortar was extensively raked out prior to repointing.
- Full repointing of chimney
- Complete rebuild of the crown, which had almost entirely eroded
- Removed all flashing and replaced with approximately two rolls of newCode 4 lead flashing.
