Nice new fascias on dormer windows

This project involved replacing old fascia with new uPVC to match the new sage green windows and front door.

• Arranged scaffolding.
• ⁠Sanded and made good existing woodwork to allow good PVC adhesion
• Added new boards.
• Ensured woodworking secure and good condition, using stainless fixings as required.
• Removed finials and associated roof tiles.
• Fitted and cut premium PVC mould resistant fascias and coverboards all to required specifications, using premium bonding adhesive.
• Repaired finials void space by use of cement and added new tiles.
• Sealant as required to ensure waterproofing.
